- Ask for company name, factory location, main product lines and export markets.
- Request real factory, warehouse, QC and packing photos or a live video call.
- Check whether the supplier can support sample orders before bulk production.
Phone Battery Checks
- Confirm exact phone model compatibility, connector layout and battery capacity.
- Ask for UN38.3, MSDS and market-specific documents before shipping lithium batteries.
- Test samples for capacity, internal resistance, charging behavior and swelling risk.
- Confirm packaging: neutral, Doolike, OEM logo, barcode label and carton mark.
iPad LCD Screen Checks
- Send exact iPad model number, year and photos if model matching is uncertain.
- Confirm screen grade, touch response, brightness, color consistency and dead pixel rule.
- Ask for packing method: foam, hard box, tray or reinforced export carton.
- Test samples before mixed-model wholesale orders.
USB-C Charger / Cable Checks
- Confirm plug type, output wattage, PD/QC protocol and target market certification.
